Brendan Morgan - Japan - Pray for their ministry training and language learning.
Dan Schiffbauer - Bulgaria - August Update Praise: God helped their children to pass their first language course! God has been blessing their church's children outreach ministry. This summer has seen the ministry grow from 8-10 at the beginning of the summer to 40 in August. Please continue to pray for their ministry!
Koumaly Thongdy - Laos - September Update Praise: They had a Pastors and Missionaries Leadership Conference that was a big encouragement to those who attended. Pray for wisdom as the seek to make this an annual event. Pray for their 2020 graduates that are now pastoring their own churches. Both church plants are celebrating their 2nd Anniversary!
Mid-November they are returning to the USA for a two-month long furlough. They will get to spend Christmas with their adult children in the USA.
Kounaro Keo - Cambodia - Pray for the Lord to bring a national man or another missionary to take over as pastor of the church and for 4 to 5 laymen to step up and serve faithfully in the church. Pray for wisdom as they transition to serving in the USA and taking care of his mother-in-law.
Health Needs:
Khean - Please pray for Khean. She has already gone through a few chemo treatments for her cancer; but after the chemo treatments are completed, she will still have multiple radiation treatments. The doctors are talking about as many as 20 radiation treatments!
Matthew Horton - Matthew is now in stage 4 kidney failure. Please pray for him as he only has a short amount of time to find a kidney transplant or else he will need to be on dialysis multiple times a week. Some family members have volunteered to donate a kidney for Matthew. Please pray that one of them are a suitable match for Matthew and that they can schedule the surgery quickly.
Mary and Kevi Hor - UPDATE! Baby Samuel is gaining weight more quickly that the doctors expected! Praise the Lord! Pray for his heart catheter procedure tomorrow (9/25). They need to explore to see if an entire heart transplant is necessary or if just replacing the ventricle will be enough. Please continue to pray for wisdom.
Jennifer Mao - For her pregnancy to go smoothly and that she can keep the baby to full term. Please continue to pray for her strength and health as well.
Bernie and Madelaine Cockrum - Bernie's condition is stable, and Madelaine has not noticed anymore seizures, Praise the Lord! However, his Alzheimer's is getting worse. The last test results came back that his brain is slowing down. Please lift up Madelaine has she looks into medical assistance for taking care of Bernie at home. She needs a lot of prayer right now.

Praises!
Harris Zhao - His girlfriend, Lexie (who is also from China) has been struggling with repeatedly getting sick since moving here. She had a strong virus that is causing fevers and vomiting. Praise the Lord that they both made it to church this week!
Bonnie Majors - Thank you for lifting up Bonnie in prayer. She was experiencing breathing problems, but she was able to come back to church and teach the kids!
Matthew Walker - Update and Praise on Matthew's condition
9/04/24 update: Matthew is gaining his strength and balance really well. He has been able to go on walks now that the weather is cooler and no longer needs his cane! He also has an accepted offer on his house in Iowa. Please pray that this last hurdle can be passed without any problems.

Angela Carrasco - Please pray that she can pass all her CDL tests tomorrow (9/25) and graduate to being a fulltime driver instead of an assistant.
Bonny Clark - Bonny is reaching out to ShiJia, a young Chinese lady in our neighborhood. Shijia has been in the USA for less than 6 months. She is very homesick and lonely. ShiJia is a strong Buddhist. Please pray for open doors as Bonny shares the gospel and spends time with ShiJia.
Patty Rocha - Patty is requesting prayer for Patty & Jay Garcia as they are selling their house in Texas and looking to buy a house in Arkansas.
Ron Horton - Ron would like us to pray for his neighbors, James and his wife. God has recently opened up a door for Ron to have really good spiritual conversations with James and his wife. James is a nominal Mormon, but he said that they are going to come to our church this Sunday. Please pray for them to get saved. God is working!
Ron is also asking for prayer for Mariam, Ron's friend who last her leg to cancer, but is concerned that it is back. Also, Ron is concerned for her salvation.
Fang Tian Zhong - Fang Tian is very lonely and wants to return to Kansas City and be part of our church again. He is pursuing two job offers in the Kansas City metro area. Please pray that he will reach out to the church he visited and seek fellowship with them. He doesn't want to invest in making relationships up in Montana, so he is working overtime in order to not feel lonely. Pastor Jeremy is concerned for him.
Teresa (Eulla's daughter) - Teresa would like to ask that we prayer for her health and strength as she is taking care of her adult son, Travis, who was injured in the military and is now suffering from permanent short term memory loss. His migraine headaches have gotten very severe. She is asking for prayer for Travis to find some happiness and relief from his pain.
